I was highly satisfied with my experience because the staff was approachable, helpful and engaging. Kelly presented me with information and products that I would not have know about had she not taken the time to show me. The store itself had interesting items that I thought would add enjoyment to my backyard birding experience.

Called to see if you had a particular item. Employee looked in back, found and held it for me. Appreciated the effort after not finding it on the sales floor.

I appreciate the fact that the staff has a passion for fir birds and their well-being. I trust that what I am buying is quality and will be healthy for birds. I enjoy the BirdBucks.

It's a beautiful store. There was hand sanitizer available the moment i walked through the door. The staff helped to wrap my gift and it looked very nice. The price was right where i needed it to be.

Everything thing went smoothly. Everyone was careful, wore masks. We received everything we ordered and as always, courteous, professional and friendly!
