Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I sent my husband to pick up bird food, and I forgot to give him my $10 member coupon. They went ahead and honored it, and helped him to select the food.

I like being a member of the Club so I get discounts on birdfeed. Earning my $10 BirdBucks is always a pleasant surprise. I like the assortment of greeting cards. The employees are very friendly. Seeing Rosie the Cat is amusing.

I love this store. Everyone who works there are so sweet and friendly. I love all the cute yard art. I had to return the next day to but something else I saw.

Love this store and love the staff. Know a lot about birds and their feeding. Very special cat in the store, love her. Good music in the store on Saturday. Like the discount when you sign up for a year. Like the bird bucks too!. Always a pleasure to buy here. Wish you had more classes on birds and experts sharing their stories, etc.

I have used the no mess seed and pepper suet for years. The birds love them. I live in a townhome community and have little room for feeders. With my two feeders and these products I am able to attract many birds.

The Store was clean, pretty and inviting. Salesperson engaged me within 5 seconds, asked me what I was looking for and took me right to it and answered my questions and gave thoughtful instruction and advice about what food would work best for my birds. Checking out was quick and friendly. they carried my bag to the car for me. Nice service!
