Wild Birds Unlimited

Have been going to this store for years for all my bird feeding needs. New management is fantastic, customer service also fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and often offer tips and just love to talk about everything. I love them and will keep going to them as long as I am feeding my birds. It is a pleasure every time I go.

Kelly answered all our questions concerning bee houses, showing us what products we would need to get started. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped us decided the best way to proceed.

I was concerned that the birds were not coming to the new squirrel-proof bird feeder I had bought three weeks earlier. The staff member gave me good advice and information I did not know.

The staff is friendly, love the bright and cheerful atmosphere, the store kitty, Rosa (?), trust food to be fresh. Wish store was closer-not convenient for me, but my parents started shopping there when store was new. I use my coupon savings for gas ): Do miss Michelle and Woody

The expertise combined with a warm, friendly atmosphere makes this a valuable part of the purchase experience. The prices are higher than lesser seed mixes found in hardware stores and home centers/discount stores, but the staff is expert at pointing out the quality differences. The old, fat cat sleeping in the afternoon sun near the door is a nice, homey touch, too. :)

Customer service and knowledge.

I like the loyalty program. Quality of the bird seed and the variety of products in the store. The store recently sold and I was concerned to lose the old owners but these new people are wonderful!

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Products were very broad and interesting. Found everything we were looking for :)

Friendly greeting at entry. Carried our product to our car. Listened to our comments and concerns.

They always have what I need and provide information and assistance when asked.
