This store is very pleasing inside. It is fun to browse and shop here. The staff and owners are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As a first time birder feeder, I have appreciated this store and staff very much.

Products are clearly marked and arranged to be easily found. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and help retrieve the products from shelves. Someone always offers to carry my purchase out to my car (much appreciated by this old gal with mobility challenges!).

The staff are always very happy to share their knowledge, but are equally happy to simply let me browse without undue interruption. They know the right questions to ask to get to root of a problem and suggest actual, targeted solutions. And the products carried in the store are of the best quality available to the general public.
