This store is the GOTO store for this area. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need. I always feel good about shopping at this store. Thanks!

I've been shopping at this store for over 25 years. Michelle was a wonderful owner and helped me navigate what I needed. It's been a smooth transition with the new owner this year. It's fun to shop at this store because of all the wonderful things in stock. My checkout with Jenny was pleasant, fast and smooth. She's a nice person (as well as the other employees.)

I love going into this store because everyone is so friendly and helpful. There's a video of some kind of bird activity always playing behind the counter. They always carry those 20 pound bags out to my car. When I've had a question about a product or a bird problem, they have good answers or help me find out.

The staff is very knowledgeable about products. All the merchandise is exceptional. Anyone I have talked to is so friendly and helpful. I just love to go in and browse because there are so many beautiful things😄

The staff was friendly, I was off by one day on the sale but she gave me the sale price. The store is not that close to my home so it was nice of her to save me a trip.

There was a welcome when I entered and inquiry if there was something specific I was looking for... The Christmas sale items were well marked and prominently displayed. The sales staff also pointed out other specials in the store. Questions were answered competently and kindly. Other product options were also presented and I wound up making a purchase that seemed to fit my need better than my first inclination. (The coupon in the weekend Everett Herald for a free suet block was also a nice motivator to stop in. :)
