I have a large and varied bird population in my yard. It was a great day when this store opened in my area! I count on WBU to always have the best products at the best prices so my birds can always find what the want to eat at each time of the year. I have learned a great deal from the store about which birds are in the area seasonally and how to attract them. My 2 WBU bird bath/fountains are very popular with all the birds. These bird bath/fountains are the safest & most bird friendly water sources I have ever found during my years of birding.

Excellent selection of bird seed in a useful choice of sizes. Appreciate the coupons and membership discount. Your employees are unfailingly friendly & helpful

Website is somewhat difficult to use. Membership should be free. Package was left in the middle of my driveway

I really struggle with some of the hummingbird food offerings. Everything that I know about feeding them, many of the products (premade food, additives to add to food to keep it stable longer) have a high probability of causing harm to the birds.

Just that some of the merchandise I was seeking was out of stock. I was told it was in order and should be in soon. I was fine with that

I don’t know if any business can be 100% perfect, but you are as close to it as far as I can tell

You were out of my favorite squirrel food. I did purchase a different one, but I am not as happy with it.

Shelled premium bird seed has been a complete bust; the food initially drew our typical stellar blue jays, but that has stopped and the feeder we typically have to fill every few days when using bird seed from Ace Hardware is still almost full with no birds at all.
