The store was busy and there was only one employee working. My checkout took 20 minutes do to waiting around for her to finish with a birdbath sale and packaging up. I was expecting to just run in and grab what I needed.

The "War of the Squirrels" continues!! The Hot Pepper apparently ain't so hot because the squirrels carried huge chunks off during the last couple of purchases!! I have figured out a way that discourages them by putting the cakes on my clothesline. And another time the cakes were very crumbly and were losing a lot of seeds just by handling them. This is something which had not happened in the past.

I found the website a little confusing. I was asked to "join" by creating a user ID and password. I did and thought I would be getting discounts and then find that I needed to pay $25 for a membership. So why was I asked to create an account?

I understand the effects that the covid19 has on being able to get stock into stores. The selection for large bird feeders were limited to just 1 unless l went with a squirrel proof one that l already have. Once again l understand l still will be a loyal customer. The bird seed and suet is way above the quality of what you get at other stores.

The solid cylinder of seed I opened wasn't very solid, the seeds were just crumbling off the product.

I just dropped in to the store to shop for feed, and to figure out a solution for my waterer. I like the feed, but I don't get to Everett too often. The part I bought for the waterer didn't fit, and I will be returning it. I hope.
