I requested curbside pickup and informed the associate of the year, make, and model of my car, as well as when I anticipated to arrive. But NO ONE came out to deliver my purchase, so I had to go in the store to get it. Why have curbside pickup if no one is going to meet the customer in the parking lot?

Have been waiting weeks for dinner bell feeder and still not in stock. One bird feeder cover left and we bought it even though it was not our 1st choice of colors.

The Everett store was very helpful in getting my order delivered. They also were very sympathetic to the poor experience I had with the Monroe store.

One staffer was not wearing a mask. Email from the store said that staffers and customers were given the option of not wearing them, so I did know this going in, but I feel that staffers/owners should follow safety protocols for everyone's health, including their own.

My only concern was the fact that the staff were not wearing face masks. This is especially important to me since I am a senior. Otherwise, every thing was great. So nice to be able to come inside and shop! 🐦

I didn't say I wasn't satisfied. I was happy that you are offering delivery so we don't have to some out during the COVID-19 scare. We want to support our local Wild Birds shop.
