The price on the large suet cylinder went up AGAIN. Now I'm paying $20 for an item I paid around $15 two years ago. This is unacceptable, and I'm faced with having to take that feeder down permanently, which will cause our feathered friends to starve as urban development has removed all natural food sources.

The hanging hooks I came in to buy were a bit lighter weight metal than I was expecting and the price was right at the top of what I was willing to pay. However, they were otherwise what I needed to add to my collection of bird feeding supplies. I glanced at the foods for sale like I usually do but the price always seems too high so I buy foods elsewhere. Your feeders and covers are great. I always see great value with them and own several. Thanks

Our experience was good. We are unlikely to recommend this to friends because we are old and don't have any. Our kids live far away, and likely have different birds there. We would like to see hummingbird nectar heaters available for less than $40. For that much we can make our own!

The total I paid was too much. There was the seed sale price plus I used bird bucks, but the numbers didn’t add up when I checked at my car. They confirmed and resolved it by giving store credit. It took a little longer than I’d liked, plus it’s happened before when using coupons/bird bucks.

Even though there is no mask mandate, I was disappointed to see the staff not wearing masks. I did. I also work in healthcare and realize not everyone is as enlightened about the value of wearing masks indoors. I purchased with a coupon I received. The cost of the seed was more than I remembered it was.

The prices are stratospheric. The High-Quality feed is very high in millet content. It’s was told at another WBU store about 15 years ago that millet was not a good addition, and now it's a major part of the best feed. For 2 sacks of that, and a peppered seed bag, I spent well over $100. I may dump the drive to Everett, and buy somewhere else, now that WBU seems to be more of an accessory place.

1. I am scent-sensitive, so anything floral is an asthma trigger for me. There are floral scent products in the store, in the gift area, so I was unable to proceed into that area to view anything. The employee mentioned that there are several candles/non-burning candles that are very fragrant and that one of them was outside of the packaging. 2. I mentioned to the employee that I had shared to the Everett FB page about the window mounted hummingbird feeders and that the rescues and rehabers hate those. They receive, daily, multitudes of hummingbirds that have been injured in window strikes. It does not appear to matter whether or not window decals, stripping, etc are on the windows with the hummers. As a person who is an avid bird watcher and feeder of the birds, due to my education through WBU (thanks to Michelle, the former owner of the Everett store), I feel that WBU takes a good hard look at this line of products and also works with the rescues and rehabbers to ensure that products being sold are not causing more harm than good.

Product over priced for quality of item

We have been shopping there for over two years and not a single person there knows either of our names. Poor customer service! No personal acknowledgment of very good and loyal customers.

I had bird bucks that expired but I was told before to hang on and accumilate dollars. She did not honor my bucks and took the bucks and through away. She did not ask me if I wanted to renew membership so I am not sure if I got the members discount. My husband checked us out so I did not get a chance to talk about membership. Very disappointed.
