Wild Birds Unlimited

They no longer carry our preferred bird seed, Deluxe Blend, which we have used since we first started bird feeding and shopping at WBU well over 20 years ago. Since the Everett store opened. We had to substitute for the Supreme Blend. Not sure we will return to WBU. Also since the new owners took over, the store isn’t as fun to shop in as before. Michelle stocked all kinds of gifts, mostly bird related, but you could pretty much find something for anyone there. It was fun to go in, pick up your bird seed and look at all the fun gift items, I almost always bought something besides my seed when I went in. It was like a combo bird supply store and gift shop in one. Now…not so much. The new owners and staff aren’t as friendly either.

The price of my merchandise had increased $4 higher than the exact same item was a month ago.

I realize that these are trying times. However, Google My Busines and the website are the two most important places to have accurate, up-to-date information. In the case of this store, which I absolutely love, neither were true. I received an email, saying to come in for a window shopping event over the weekend. But the website and Google My Business said they were closed on the weekends. I called several times and sent an email to confirm, but never heard back. This store is not close to my house, so I didn't want to make the journey unless they were open. I don't understand why the website and/or Google listing wasn't updated with accurate information. And I don't understand why my email was never answered.

Sorry if I said dissatisfied I love this store! I highly recommend it!

I haven’t got my items yet. They show delivered but now package yet.

I purchased a cylinder feeder on the advice of the person helping me but the cylinder of suet won't fit into the feeder. I will be returning it.

The employee was very helpful. Had a nice conversation about birds in general.
