I like this store and its products very much. There's not much else to say except keep doing what you are doing!

Always the best selection of food for the winged critters! Love having the birds around again! I hadn't filled the feed in months!

I was very disappointed that the WBU Store in Duluth, MN closed last fall as the quality of the bird seed I purchase from WBU is excellent. I called a couple of WBU Stores in the Minneapolis/St Paul area as we travel to the Twin Cities often and the Eden Prairie Store was the most friendly and open to shipping items to my Duluth address. I also stopped by the Eden Prairie Store when we were down in late spring and the Manager of the store was very friendly and open to shipping orders to Duluth which was very satisfying to me.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and I’ve been in there so many times by now that Jules remembers me and calls me by name before she even looks me up in the computer, which is a nice touch, considering I’m only in there every 4-6 weeks and she must see tons of people every week. I also love the shop dog (who’s name I can’t remember!) I have to say that the prices are a bit high - I can buy most of what I get at WBU for 25% less at my local Ace store, but WBU quality is always good, and the Bird Bucks help offset a bit of the premium pricing. It’s really the staff and the inventory variety that keep me coming back.

I was worried when my local WBU store closed, but I have been delighted by the service provided by this store, even though items must be shipped. Thanks.

The tube on my bird feeder was broken and the staff informed me they could replace it free of charge instead of having to buy a whole new feeder.

You have what I need. Delivery was quick. Fun to read the notes written on the packing slip.

Very friendly and educated staff. Were able to point me in the right direction with any questions regarding species and preferences with feed and feeders. Always great leaving a place with more knowledge than you came in with.
