Frankly, it was almost entirely because of the staff person I delt with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, enjoys her job. She seemed to love birds and people...not sure which she liked more. My visit was a delightful experience.

It was easy to order online. The merchandise was right by the front door so I could have just verified I placed the order and then left the store with basically contactless pickup. I did step into the store to look at other products. The owner was helpful, masked, and kept his distance while I talked with him.

This order arrived very quickly. Everything was packaged nicely. The personal note on the card in the package was a very nice touch!
