WBU always makes us smile. I love going there, it's like a vacation without packing luggage. Love the quality products, lots to look at even though all we needed was a feeder and seed. Everything is artfully displayed, there is room to shop without knocking anything down, help is there if you have questions. WBU is the only place we shop for birding supplies and seed, you're the best!

Everyone is always friendly when I shop there. They are helpful in selecting seeds and other merchandise. I alway feel happy when I leave.

Staff helped me pick out a nesting box and the mounting pole setup; they also answered questions about platform feeders and then helped carry my purchases to the curb for pickup. When I had car trouble in the tow-away zone and realized my cellphone was at home, they loaned me the store phone to call AAA - very helpful!
