Customer Service is the BEST! Store is lovely with lots of ideas and gifts. Bird knowledge and information is always helpful! Bird seed selection great and Squirrel helps good. (We love our squirrels too! :) )

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and eager to share information. The spicy seed they recommended has solved our squirrel problem. The feeders are very sturdy and attractive. I have been happy with all of the products I have gotten there.
