The have a wonderful array of items along with a wide variety of seed. The folks there are the best! I love going in to this store

I have 13 bird feeders and 1 squirrel (raw PE as nut) feeder at my Cary home. In the past… I have tried to save money on BirdFeed by shopping at both Costco and Walmart for the obvious Savings they afford with the fees they offered. However, because of the inferior products offered their the words I want to attract… Songbirds wrens swallows, cardinals Robins etc. Are not much interested in these cheaper seeds and they tend to go stale or bad or kick up with mildew and moisture.. I start experimenting with the various no mess Wild Birds Unlimited food products and found greater success in the birds interest in these feeds. Even though it cost five times as much money it’s a better value for me because I enjoy birdwatching and your feeds attract lots of birds and are very popular. It’s an indulgence I’m willing to compromise on even though it’s actually quite expensive and I usually wind of spending $150-$200 per visit on your bird feed sales

Good selection of seed. Great repair was made to my bird feeder saving me $100.

Staff is delightful and a few know be by name. Same group of women there for 20 years or close to it!

Everything went smoothly but did not get some dried mealworms since they were out of stock. They will call me when the mealworms come in.

staff was very friendly and gave me good advice about using hot seed to keep away the raccoons. The quality of birdseed is very high and they told me about - but did not pressure me - the club, which I did end up joining. During my first visit they gave me a free calendar and also some birdseed for "good luck" on Christmas Day! Just an overall great small business experience. I did buy some stuff at Walmart, but enjoy shopping here for the quality and the good advice!
