The staff clearly love birding and wildlife, and it's fun to share that enthusiasm when I pick up supplies for my birds. I get great help when I have questions and friendly remarks on my purchases. I hadn't been joining the annual membership prior to this year, but now that I am told my savings each visit I will keep that going!
