I've been a customer at the Cary, NC, store for over 20 years, and I've always found ALL of the staff to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All of my feeders have come from WBC and most of my food does, as well. Plus, I like the lifetime guarantee on your products (have used it only one time so far, but the guarantee is one reason I buy only WBC feeders, etc.)
