The staff at WBU are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable about birds, feeding birds & feeders. It is truly a pleasure to visit this store! They help carry heavy bags to my car. I live 30 minutes away but refuse to go anywhere else!! The customer service is exceptional!!!! I feel appreciated & respected here!

The staff knows me as I’m a frequent customer. They know I can’t carry my purchases so they bring it out to storefront and put it in my trunk.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about birds, seasons, and critters. The product I get is awesome for the price. I get the sunflower chips.
