We have experience with the quality of the advanced pole system and wanted to add to it. Staff was very knowledgeable in making sure we got the right addition. They were out of stock and staff quickly placed order, checked us out. Called the next day that item was in.

The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I purchase seed frequently and never have problems finding what I need. This was my first venture into a store except for 2 trips to Whole Foods since the beginning of quarantine and I felt very safe in the store.

I am a multi year returning customer. The staff is always friendly when I go in. On occasion they also have a friendly dog in there. I want to catch one of the raptor days they have sometimes. We have 4 bird feeders, all squirrel proof and domes on three of them. It helps to make maintenance easier in rainy times. Keep up the good work!
