Great Staff! Super Folks!!!

So, due to the COVID-19 circumstances we were not in the store and used drive-by service. We got what we ordered with great service. We and the birds are happy. Keep up the great work.

The staff was wonderful, but I wish there were a second phone line to help ease purchasing.

I was not aware that the store was curbside pick up only however there was a phone number posted at the door which I started to call. Before I could finish an employee came to the door to assist me. She was extremely helpful, gathered all of my purchases together, took my credit card and brought everything back to me with a desanitized credit card in hand. Very helpful and the birds are grateful.

The bird seed is always very fresh. My orders are ready and it is really easy to drive up and grab the bags. I love the friendly staff!!

The staff was friendly and comforting during this scary time. The staff was willing to allow us to pay on the phone and pickup the food near the door. The staff remembered us , as always, making us feel like one of the family. The ownership and staff at this Wildbirds Unlimited is outstanding!

The quality of the product(s) is high, and the store personnel are helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable when taking all the various benefits into account.

I’ve been a customer at the Cary location for years. The staff know me and automatically bring up my name to include my discount. They are helpful and friendly and take my heavy item to my car at curbside as I have health issues.
