The staff is always super helpful. They have great recommendations. They also helped us find a product that we wanted but did not see on our own.

Everything I needed and planned to purchase was available. I found two new items..and for membership I was presented with a gift.

The owner was there and she is always delightful unlike some of the other staff.

The staff here are wonderful!! They are very welcoming and answer my questions patiently and very knowledgeably! The customer service is exceptional!!! I am so pleased with my feeders & the birds I can now attract with the high quality seed! It really makes a big difference!!!! I tell all my friends to go here with their birding needs!!!

Love the re-design. It's great to go into a store and have so many choices. Totally dislike going to a specialty store and only see limited choices. How they have the store merchandise displayed says "we have what you need", not "we have limited choices and looks like we're going out of biz."

We have been coming here for years, and have received consistently good service. We have purchased not just seed, but birdbaths, birdhouses, poles, and even gifts. The seed is pricy but great quality.
