I love the people first of all! They are friendly and very knowledgeable. All of the products are great and it's definitely my favorite store 💕.

I always buy the 20 pound bags of the No Mess With Millet for my birds. The salesperson in the store always gets the bags and places them outside for me so I just have to drive up to collect them. She will even put them in my car before I can get out of my vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about birds and their habits. And the store has lovely gifts and accessories that are fun to look at. I enjoy going to the store in Cary, NC.

Great customer service

They always have the products I purchase in stock. They are happy to make recommendations for different times of the year. If you have any issues with a product they go out of their way to rectify the issue. They are always friendly and occasionally the have a friendly dog to pet in the store too. I am happy to support their business. It is also nice when they run the seasonal feed sales.

Folks are always friendly and will take the time to talk about birds and back yard happenings. My (and the birds`) favorite food is always in stock.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They always give me access to upcoming sales and try to give me the best possible price. The store is clean and the merchandise is attractively displayed. They also help me get the seed to my car.
