When my wife and I walked into the store we really knew nothing about how to get started with enjoying wild birds in our yard. We had only met with frustration with squirrels eating all the food we put out for the birds and needed to get this fixed. The staff was wonderful. They put the kit together and told us how to install everything. Within minutes of returning home we had our kit installed and new food in our feeders for the birds. It wasn't too long after that we started to see birds and to our surprise some very frustrated squirrels! We are having success with feeding our wild birds and enjoy seeing all the different kinds of birds enjoying our new feeder system.

Quality seed, friendly and helpful staff. I also like their gift items, especially the puzzles.
