We drive about an hour to WBU. You were out of no mess, no mullet so we were told that you might have a delivery the next day. We don’t want to drive all the way up there again. We bought a different kind, more expensive. The cost is getting to be a bit too expensive for us. We are looking for a less expensive alternative.

Several (4) customers were waiting to pay for product. Another customer had the one and only available clerk asking her 50 questions regarding a bird house. There were other employees in the back but they did not come out until the first clerk was asked if anyone else could help. One customer just walked out in frustration.

Not sure if there's a way to change this, but FYI - when we pick up we often have to call multiple times to get through and let staff know we've arrived - sometimes as many as 10 times. First-world problem, I know. : - )

It was a little hard to get through on the phone both to place the order and to pickup after we arrived. But honestly, we love your store and will continue shopping there!

Two ladies at the counter - one with silver hair - barely acknowledged me when I came in the store. I purchased two items - the pair at the counter never stopped chatting together. No one suggested they carry the 20 # bag of bird seed to the car. My previous store in Concord was completely different - I was greeted by name, helped with my purchase, chatted to about birds and such. Only reason to pay a premium for bird seed and the like is to get premium customer service. I have been in that store several times and unfortunately this seems to be the way they act. Doubt I will go again.

I could not get through on the phone. I tried for 1 1/2 days and was ready to give up when my husband called and got an answer. Not able to get through at pick up time either.

I’ve been shopping at WBU for years, love the stores, merchandise is good and staff is knowledgeable. However, today I go in to purchase hot pepper seed cakes, suet cakes and dried mealy worms — and the prices on all items have dramatically increased. “Due to COVID” according to the staff. This will be the end of my purchases at this store! Across the board price hikes like this are not warranted for any reason. Unsatisfied long-term customer -
