I've been shopping at this WBU store since it opened 25+ years ago. Love all the staff! Long term staff know my name when I visit the shop and everyone always provides excellent customer service. I'm a customer for life!

was assisted when didn't see product on display, sales person retrieved from back room. Sales person answered my question on what kind of cleaning agent I should use ti clean my feeders. .

The sales staff is so nice and fun to talk to. I didn't have any questions but if I did I feel they would get the answers for me. They even carried my purchases to the car which I had pulled up to the door

I asked the cashier for help controlling the ants at my hummingbird feeder. She helped me find an ant moat that would work with my style of feeder. I hung up the ant moat a few days later, and it's working perfectly! No more tiny ants filling up the nectar!
