Bird seed is highest quality and good variety. My wild birds love it. I feed 7 different kinds and it attracts a great variety of birds. The store is a neighborhood asset that gives back to the community generously. I like the owner and the staff members. They are helpful, knowledgeable, kind.

I used to shop at the Katy, TX store but sadly it has closed. That said, I had a great experience at this store, they had the merchandise I needed, were friendly and polite and let me go on and on about the birds at my feeder, I am sure they hear this from everyone 100 times a day LOL. I also got some tips on the bat house I purchased at Christmas. Overall, a great experience

I have been a long time customer of the Katy store that recently closed.. I chose this store because it was the next closest to me; however, I utilized the delivery option. From my first phone call with Karen, helping me with the transition and to Sarah, who called to ask if everything was okay with my delivered purchase, I have been amazed by the excellent customer service that I have received thus far. Looks like I made a good choice!
