The knowledgeable staff member helped me identify a bird in my yard as a scrub jay- somewhat different looking than I had seen previously. The store is well stocked and is a nice place to purchase gifts.

Friendly and helpful staff...

It's all about customer service. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted for my backyard and bird food. They were also so kind when I told them how my mother loved their store, and how she passed away a few years ago. It's so hard to find stores like this anymore. I am grateful this store is so close to me!

Helpful staff and quality products

The Merchandise is fabulous…so varied. Food for our feathered friends and gifts for “people” friends. And there’s the Staff. Delightful, helpful, caring and so friendly!

Very helpful staff. Even provided me with a screw so I could hang up the squirrel feeder. Very kind and patient with my six year old.

I love birds so this store was awesome. The staff were friendly and approached me with care, which was nice for my social anxiety. Both the staff informed me on the products and advised me on what works best with my appartment. Loved it!
