Customer service was good - store employee called to say they were out of the color item I had ordered and asked if I would like to switch to a different color. The delivery of my order was quick, within less than a week.

The person who took my call to order the sunflower chips answered the phone with a very friendly tone and was quick too say they had the item in stock. Once arriving at the store I was greeted and asked if they could help me. The product was held behind the counter with my name on it, paid for the item then shopped around to see what was new.

Friendliness of the Staff

We have ordered twice now. Once by phone, and the most recent online. The merchandise is GREAT - it attracts quite a large variety of birds, and we are enjoying the daily flights in and out of our yard. Also, whenever we speak to someone by phone - we are greeted by very cheerful and upbeat people who are very knowledgeable and very helpful. they go the extra mile inhaling us decide about products and always take their time which makes us feel relaxed. Finally, in addition to our food and feeder purchases, we purchased a couple of months ago a set of chimes "Music of the Spheres". We are sooo thrilled!!! What a delightful sound they make in our yard!
