So many cool products were in the store, but the staff were exceptional. They were super helpful, nice and so friendly.

The store keeps a record of previous purchases which is good because I am buying as a gift for my nephew and not for myself.

My daughters loved the wind chimes and comfortable soft slippers I bought for them. The store personnel were very kind and friendly; they took the price tags off, bagged the gifts separately for me in nice gift bags, and included hangers for the wind chimes. Christmas shopping for my daughters was made super nice and easy here. I love the things you have there and will likely come back and get myself a windchime.

I was able to get the items I needed in under ten minutes. I wasn’t even sure exactly what I needed but the staff was so knowledgeable they helped me so quickly.

Everything is just nice and especially the employees.

I always get the best service at WBU. I love looking at all the products and gear that helps us feed our backyard friends!
