Since I've been there 3 times in the past week, I'm not sure which visit you want. On 2 visits, I just got my regular bird food. On the other, I bought some Christmas gifts -- so nice to find them in a store where I feel safe this year!

Everything was great except the case of Hot Pepper suet. The first one I unwrapped crumbled entirely in my hands. Put the crumbs on a flat feeder and no has touched it yet. The second one I opened cracked into 4 pieces ;and I was able to get that one in the green cage feeder. Birds are beginning to nibble on it. I never had suet that fell apart in my hands. Is it old and stale, or a different formula. Also it was a big price increase from last year. Almost double in price. I will be in your store on Dec.1 with a feeder that once again won't operate. If more of the suet crumbles, I'll bring it back so you can see it. It seems so dry. No moisture. The rest of the seed was great. During covid- I was buying my seed from HEB, and the birds did not like it. They are readily eating the seed I bought from you, except the suet.
