The staff in Wild Birds know me by name and always speak and ask if they can help in any way. I appreciate the discount given on merchandise by paying a membership fee. I like doing business with such fair and honest people. They know there business when I ask a question and always so helpful and polite.

Staff members were very friendly and attentive to our issues( we needed to replace our birdbath base). Suggestions were discussed and the manager called the manufacturer to reassure us of our purchase!
