Kyle was knowledgable, kind and helpful. He arrived wearing a mask that made us feel as though he cared about our health. Kyle went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and even helped me set everything up in our yard. In very short order, after getting the new feeders "filled" we enjoyed seeing finches and hummingbirds!

I absolutely love this store! I enjoy the experience of shopping there and I always find what I need, plus some other goodies! All the staff are absolutely charming to talk with and are all well versed in their product lines and advice for bird enthusiast such as myself.

Their friendliness, the products sold and the fact that they are a small owner business all contribute to my repeat visits to the store.

You always have just what I need, when I need it. No returning multiple times for my items. You have a lot of what I don’t need (and buy anyway) too!

The visit was very good. I went in selected the suet and seed I wanted, told the clerk, and checked out. I can't tell you about the sanitation procedures, but employees were masked.
