Bill was very helpful, and the product I wanted was available in the quantity I needed.

It's always a friendly place and a nice comfortable store.

The store is very well kept, usually has plenty of rotating and seasonal things, and has some of the friendliest staff in San Antonio. The only problem I've ever run into is the fact that they aren't in Boerne, and that's not too big of a problem.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as it has been every time I come into the store.

I had 2 hummingbird feeders that had broken during many years of use (I have 2 year round hummers) and they replace them just as the guarantee said they would! I have been looking for a way to get my squirrel proof bird feeders down from very high limbs without having to use the ladder. They had just the apparatus I needed! I will be so much safer now!

The staff were friendly to me and cooperative with each other in providing what I was looking for, and were able to answer all my questions.

The store is equipped with all kinds of stuff for birds, squirrels, bees, butterflies AND hummingbirds! All the things that I love!
