They have want I want to feed the birds. They know exactly what I want when I ask for it. They don't pressure you to buy other items in the store. They are just happy to make the customer happy.

The employee helping me (I think his name was Keith - recently moved from South Dakota!) was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and safe with his COVID precautions. He made me feel at home, found just what I was looking for but offered many options for me. I will definitely be back soon and he (And I’m sure all of the staff) was a big part of that!

My questions are answered promptly and get recommendations for the issue I may have. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I’ve never had any problems getting my problem solved. Thanks to all.
