The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was very pleasant and we look forward to coming back. The store was very organized and had everything we were looking for!

Staff showed the selection of items that would keep ants out of my hummingbird feeder. I really appreciated the advice and then at the purchase, taped the 2 "S" hooks to the side of the feeder so I would not lose them! Extra service with a smile!

Customer service is always great at this store, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much inventory of lovely things was available beyond the birdseed I was there to purchase. Gift items are pricier than I am willing to pay, though, so I tend to shop for those items when there are coupon or sale offers.

Staff pulled my ordering history from the computer and assisting me in making my purchase accurate and easy. Offered purchasing/delivery options I had not considered that also made my purchase easier. I know what I am buying at Wild Birds and trust the product and staff.
