I was greeted and assisted with questions I had about deterring squirrels from my feeder. The bird seed recommended is working great. The checkout process was quick and pleasant.

Knowledgeable staff recommended products and gave us options. Not the cheapest in town but I believe their products of are excellent quality. I will return again and again.

I didn't go myself, l sent my husband to run that errand for me which l normally do myself cause I enjoy looking at your merchandise. He came home and said he always like going into your store the staff is so nice and loves all the "neat stuff " you all carry

I have been a WBU customer for several years and never had an unpleasant experience. I miss roaming through the store, but curbside pickup is working very well. I'm also relieved to see that transition to new ownership has maintained high quality and level of service.
