Have been shopping at this store for 18+ years. Staff is always courteous and friendly. If they don't have a product, they will try to get it. The quality of the products is such that I have never wanted to shop anywhere else.

The staff is friendly. It is my favorite store and is not too far from me. The environment inside the store is soothing and pleasant. I love bird watching and this store has high quality items and a nice selection.

I am always greeted nicely when entering the store, they are all so knowledgeable about wildbirds and the products they carry. I buy a very specific item and they almost always have it on hand or make sure to get it in their next order. It is one of my favorite stores to visit and peruse products. They are never overly attentive so I can check out products/items at my leisure.
