The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m always able to find what I need and the store is kept well-stocked. I really appreciated their willingness to do curbside delivery during stay-home orders so that o could continue feeding the birds during that time. When bird-watching is the most exciting part of your day, it’s nice to have a big selection of feeders and feed. 😂

Keith brought some hummingbird rubber stoppers from home to give me. I appreciated that he offered to do that and then remembered since I made a separate trip to get them. I also wanted to buy hummingbird feed. I asked questions about the difference between the various offerings and was given knowledgeable answers. My cashier was friendly and personable. There were other people in the store and I could tell there was good camaraderie among them and the staff.
