Kyle was very personable, friendly and helpful. There was a lot more merchandise, and I found some things to purchase, which I really liked. And I took my grandson, who loves birds and knows quite a bit for his age, and he had a great time.

We were personally, cheerfully and professionally greeted by three employees. One repaired our feeder while the other sold us everything we needed for the birdfeeder stand we bought. They helped us load the new products into the car.

Staff is always knowledgeable and always offer options for whatever need I have whenever I come into the store. They make conversation with you and make you feel welcome and like they know you personally. I love that as a customer.
