The staff is always helpful and friendly. Small shopping carts are provided that easily glide across the wood floors making for easy handling in small spaces. I enjoy learning about new products for our wildlife.

You are not just about making money but providing quality bird food and assistance to nature enthusiasts! I love the store and it makes me personally happy! 😀

The sales person recommended the bird seed coated with hot pepper to keep the squirrels from eating it. The seed didn't bother either the squirrels or raccoons. They love it. I suggest that the manufacturer work on the formula.

I would like to see more selection of garden items to enhance the yard or flower beds.

The prices are high. You are the only in store location to purchase the selection offered; however, the price is about 30% more than reasonable.
