asked for cardinal food and bought shepard's hook. wasn't told that i needed another feeder that would hold in the smaller seed. came back and got one. the young woman spoke so loudly--maybe she thinks all old people are deaf. the first staff Christain was great and helpful but should have told me i needed afeeded that would restrain the smaller feed. not a big deal

The systems were down so I had to use an alternate check out system to charge my purchase. It was inconvenient but ok.

I began my conversation with one gentleman and all of a sudden another individual started yelling over him. I could not even see this individual. It was like there was a commission involved in the sale.

Various staff members, though busy, asked several times if I needed help, but were happy to leave me to browse, which is what I wanted to do. I was also pleased with the quality of the birdseed.
