I think it would be a good idea to let a customer mill around for a few minutes before actually directly encountering them with assistance. Sales may increase this way. - Granted this is a balancing act but please let customers mill around a few minutes, they came in with a purpose in mind & if they can mill around a few minutes more, may buy more.

For the second time this year I was overcharged for my purchase. The first time, I think the situation was one item on my receipt was not in my bag when I got home. This last visit, my receipt was cut off prematurely, so I can't see all charges and a bird feeder I purchased was charged at a price $3 more than the price tag on it. I plan to take the receipt and feeder tag to the store. I think both honest mistakes, but frustrating to think that I need to audit my bag and receipt while still in the store in the future. Also, on my prior visit, I should one of employees the feeder I had and asked if food block was the right size for it. I was told yes. I got home and sent to food the food block in it and alas it was too big! Location isn't super close to home and I had opened package, so I didn't say anything to store, but everyday I'm reminded as I set it on a ledge on yard and mostly doves pick at it (and I sure don't like encouraging doves, but the food was too expensive to waste. I feel bad complaining about several items, but...😉 A positive note-I bought pole system feeder & price incl 2 stakes, but out of stock. Weeks later rec'd them. appreciated it.

Bought something in San Antonio. I tried to exchange it in Austin but they wouldn’t since they did not carry those items. The two stores were very different in merchandise, I would expect a chain to be more consistent and be able to exchange at other locations.

I did not look at the receipt when I picked up the order. I did notice that one bag of seed that I requested on the phone was not among the merchandize ordered. I brought this to the attention of the staff who loaded the order. She took my card, charged me for the missing bag and loaded it. Only when I went to unload the order from my car the next day did I realize that I had been charged for the missing bag on the first receipt. In addition 3 suet cakes were missing. I called and the items I paid for were provided along with an additional suet cake. I am please with this store and its staff, but giving a high rating when something like this happens would not be informative.

I buy bird seed here at least twice per month and have never been asked if I want to join the club that makes the cost of bird seed cheaper.
