We have purchased 3 other large wheels of the ‘ “Hot” bird seed that squirrels will no eat. Our first 2 seed wheels performed well without any problems and I even recommended to others. We stated our concerns at your store andwas told that sometimes this happens butwe decided to buy our 4th product which absolutely did not repel the squirrels and we are back to a seed mess on the patio. Very!!!!!!! Disappointed because I love your store but not satisfied with the answer I received and the product. If it doesn’t perform! Don’t sell it. You have greatly disappointed a customer who loved your store

I was highly satisfied. Danielle and the young man working there are first class and very knowledgeable. I live in Laredo, 150 miles away. That is why it is "somewhat likely" that I will return within 60 days. If I lived in SA, I would be there regularly.

Sorry, I must have checked the wrong box, as I'm always satisfied with my shopping experiences at the Wild Bird store. The staff is very friendly and helpful, store always clean. The birds love the products so I am always coming back for more!

I was immediately approached when I entered the store. Store guy was very professional and very knowledgeable of the items I was looking for. Checkout was easy.

Totally satisfied. Love the store. I was concerned about the buy out and how management changing would affect the store but I have been pleasantly surprised.
