Love this store, the staff are amazing, always so hopeful and pleasant. I’m getting so many different birds now that I’m using their feed exclusively. Highly recommend!

The staff are simply amazing. Great you at the front door as you come in. Know me by name. I only had one complaint this time. I did not open the live meal worms before purchasing and about 1/3 were dead and on top of sediment. I did call them when I got home and they were very nice and said at y next visit th hey would make it right. I bought 2 and both had lots of dead worm s.

I had no issues. I got what I wanted and the staff was very nice.

Even my out of town family always make WBU a stop when they are in town, and have purchased some of your unique merchandise. I also purchase bird seed and animal products.
