The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are always wonderful things to see and consider and buy. The store has a really great atmosphere.

I absolutely LOVE this store and all of the wonderful people who work there. Customers are always immediately and warmly greeted by an employee as they enter the store and the merchandise the store carries is both beautiful and high quality. The employees are always ready to help but do not hover over you. I always leave with a smile on my face.

The salesman was very friendly came to us to offer help right away and did a great job explaining the product options and pro and cons of each. He was helpful thinking about everything from the type of seed to how to hang the feeder that was best for us. We are already thinking of where we can put another feeder :)

The selection was vast and well stocked. Staff was attentive, but not overly so. Holiday related product selection was a nice surprise. Store is clean. Overall a pleasant experience.
