I went in to the store looking for a replacement part (gasket on seed feeder, which I had purchased at your store last year)on a broken bird feeder which I had dropped. I fully expected to have to purchase a new feeder. I was given the replacement part, no charge! I felt so good about this kind gesture, I purchased an additional hummingbird feeder. Thanks for the great service…reminded me of old-time service of the 1950s.
