Everyone at the store is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is a very pleasant experience. They answer all my questions with patience! They bring the bags of food out to my car as well, which I really appreciate. They are also remember me and greet me by name each time I come to the store

This store is the BEST! Highly trained, experienced staff, and they always have what I am looking for and/or able to suggestive sell. Always have the answers to any birding/merchandise questions as well.

Bill had such great knowledge of the products and what would work best for the gift I was looking for. I did not get the name of the woman who works there, but she took it upon herself to wrap my gift while Bill checked me out.

The owner and employees are very knowledgeable, engaging and always make time to visit. It is refreshing to be able to shop in a neighborhood store where you truly feel you have friends assisting you.
