I am always pleased when I visit WBU. Kyle, Keith, Bill, & Danielle are helpful, extremely courteous, and treat me like one of the family. They always call me by name and we tell jokes and give hugs.

There was a great variety of products and the staff was not only friendly, but I could tell how passionate they are about our feathered friends. The staff was able to suggest a number of books for a bird beginner like me.
