Staff are very knowledgeable and elaborate on questions from customers. The store is bright, well organized and well stocked with a variety of items both for the birds and for the customers. We love coming to the store!

As always, the staff is very helpful and always carry my purchases to the car which isn't done in this world anymore. I met Bill Shannon for first time, who helped me with my broken hummingbird tray and he fits in with the other staff very well. We always look forward to coming in.

This is my absolute favorite store...the staff is incredibly friendly and also quite knowledgeable. I talk up WBU every chance I get. Money well spent, every time.

As always, Wild Birds is my Happy Store! Danielle was super helpful as we've just moved and will be establishing a new feeding zone for the birds in our area. She guided us to a great pole system and explained all of our options. Danielle is a bright light each and every visit. Her friendliness and exuberance make her feel like a personal friend.
