The staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable always taking time to help and educate me. The owner has gone above and beyond to provide me with unique and special requests. I am always treated with kindness and top notch service. Selections are always full and prices are good, especially with membership. I enjoyed the many holiday gifts that were available and the quality of all items I purchase. Thank you to Kyle and his staff for making my hobby and visits to WBU pleasurable. Outstanding business. Danielle, the wizard, was able to fix my old feeder again - yay! I picked up a nice Christmas gift for a friend. Grabbed a bag of peanuts for the bushy-tailed tree rats! The new girl (can't recall her name) steered me in the direction of a nice new cylinder feeder for my birds so they would get a bit more protein. She is a nice addition to the crew - friendly and knowledgeable You guys are always great!

It’s a very clean store, pleasantly arranged, ease of looking at all the items, and there were lots of items to browse through, but not crowded. The staff were very friendly, but not pushy. And were very willing to help me. And they were friendly. They welcomed me back in, as a returning customer. I love shopping there!!
